Part-time Temporary Maintenance & Grounds

Job Description

 

GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB

 

An employee in this class uses tractors with attachments such as batwing mower and tiller, zero turn Z mower, and simple tools to maintain grounds including planting, cultivating, pruning and cutting plants, trees, shrubs, grass, and flowers. Assignments are generally routine and repetitive in nature. Detailed instructions are given and problems are referred to a supervisor. Work performance is inspected and evaluated on the basis of grounds appearance, and errors are quickly revealed. The employee receives direct supervision. 

 

Part-time maintenance may include interior painting, exterior pressure washing, and other general maintenance work such as changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, etc. and custodial work.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

PAY 

 

$15.00 per hour

Part-time, Temporary

Flexible hours may be possible
